Property developers and Estate Agents in Coastal Suffolk and North Essex have new local marketing platforms to engage with home buyers looking for clarity.

He continued, ‘Research can take you down so many dead-end roads. Some of the information supplied is so niche it doesn’t give you the whole story. You end up filling a pad with all the notes on the different research you’ve done’.

And that’s a big pain point for the buyer.

Peach Pelican have simplified the process by vetting the best local estate agents for a small geographical area and have mixed that with the best available local information on the set town or village.
